Presentation

El Bierzo, is located in the Northwest of the peninsula and acts as a border between Castilla and Galicia. It forms a basin framed by mountain ranges that provides it with an enviable microclimate for the ancient healing methods of Spanish sausage. These methods have been inherited generation after generation to present day. Thus, EMBUTIDOS SANTA CRUZ was born, a family business founded in 1990 and dedicated to this ancient and deeply rooted work in the region.

The latest technology offered to the meat sector combined with the traditional style and top quality raw material, result in our products. Tested quality products which reached the consumer after having passed the strictest quality controls, not forgetting the human commitment of good know-how.
